| Comments: Pre-Observation form A is the very first form that I use. There are only a few questions, but it is an immense help in understanding the teacher, the teacher's needs, and the class that you will go into to observe. | ||
| Resource: Pre-Observation form B/Post-Observation form | ||
| Comments: Form B/Post-Observation Form contains both a pre-observation form and a post observation form on the same page. The pre-observation form simply outlines when the observation will be, what the lesson that will be taught will be, and what observation protocol will be used. The post-observation form is used to summarize the observation and list the recommendations and directions for growth. | ||

| Comments: I use this observation protocol the first time that I observe a teacher. It is a good, general form. I found the basics of the form somewhere on the internet and have adjusted the form to the way I like it. | ||
